There are sessions that stay with you. This in-home newborn session in Sydney was a quiet journey of healing, centred around a baby girl with an old soul and a peaceful presence.
Their whole world, gentle and new. She is their rainbow, a restorative light. To honour her beautiful sibling watching from heaven, we included a small, sentimental token in a few portraits. It was a quiet nod to a love that continues, a reminder that this new joy is both a beginning and a sacred continuation. That in this family, nobody is left behind.
As a natural newborn photographer in Sydney, my role here was simply to observe. No props, no posing; just the genuine connection of a family finally whole. The soft light through their windows, the quiet cuddles … and moments that tell a story of resilience and profound, quiet joy.
